MoveCents is free because some product links earn us a commission. If you buy through one of those links, the retailer pays us a small percentage. You pay the same price either way.
How it works
MoveCents participates in affiliate programs run by retailers and affiliate networks, such as Impact.com (which runs programs for retailers like Target, Walmart and Best Buy). When you click a link marked as commission-eligible and then make a purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission. These links are tagged rel="sponsored", and deal cards say whether a link is commission-eligible.
Commissions never change the ranking
Deals are ranked by savings, product quality, timing and how well they fit your budget and plan. Whether a link earns us money is not part of the score. A product never ranks higher because its commission is higher. Every deal's "Why it ranks" breakdown shows the factors used. Commission eligibility is shown separately, so you can always see which links pay us.
What we don't do
- We don't accept payment to feature or rank a product.
- We don't show ads.
- We don't raise the price you pay. Retailers set prices, and affiliate links don't change them.
- We don't sell your personal information to retailers or networks (see our Privacy Policy).
Price accuracy
Prices and availability change quickly. Always confirm the price on the retailer's site before buying. Prices labeled as demo or catalog prices are examples, not live quotes.
